What is the ILX Connect Service?

ILX is continually striving to develop new and innovative ideas which will enhance your e-learning experience. After over 20 years of listening to our customers; learners, training managers and portal administrators, we understand exactly how to raise awareness, promote the benefits and maximise the uptake of e-learning. This has enabled us to develop a complete service around our highly innovative e-learning products.

The ILX Connect service will help you to successfully manage the roll out of your e-learning programme, by avoiding some of the classic obstacles to achieve maximum return on your investment. Once you have selected from our Best Practice e-learning range and we have loaded them onto your dedicated portal, we will contact you to discuss the level of support that you require for the term of your licence. ILX Connect will enable both the learner and administrators of the training portal to make best usage of the e-learning, by providing informative webinars, training, support, hints and tips and additional resources to help you achieve the maximum from your e-learning.

How do you accept payment for the course?

We offer three options for purchasing a course;

  1. Pay by Credit/ debit Card once processed a VAT receipt will be issued.
  2. Bank Transfer – we can send you our details so you can make your payment, once your payment has been received and processed a VAT receipt will be issued.
  3. We can issue a pro-forma invoice for full payment to be made, once we have the payment the order will be processed and a VAT receipt issued.
  4. Provide a Purchase Order, we can then process the order from this and invoice your company on 30 day payment terms.

Can I pay in instalments?

Payment would need to be made in full in a one off sum, we do not accept payments in instalments.

Where can I take my examinations?

You can take your exam at one of our training venues, or by online proctor from the comfort of your own home.

What support is available?

All of our courses come with full tutor support, we can provide you with contact details of a qualified tutor in your subject area who will be happy to help with any questions you may have on the training.

Our ILX Connect service provides learner webinars to ensure you get the most out of your online course.

Are all the courses accredited?

Yes, all of our courses are accredited by the relevant examining bodies.

How experienced are your tutors?

We pride ourselves in employing trainers who have a wealth of pragmatic experience alongside a vast amount of knowledge in their specialist subjects. We can provide Trainer profiles which detail their experience and academic achievements should anyone wish to view this.

Once I have taken the exam how long will it take to get my certificate?

Most exam certificates are issued to delegates within 2-3 weeks however during busy periods this can take up to 6 weeks. 

How will I receive my certificate?

Certificates for most of the courses are provided by e-mail by the relevant examining body however Software Testing certificates issued by the BCS are provided by post.

Are you courses available in any other languages?

The main language for all of our courses is English however we can also provide the PRINCE2 Foundation course in Dutch or Danish upon request.

Can I cancel or change my course/exam date?

What should I do if I fail my exam?

Please email exambookings@ilxgroup.com who will advise on the cost of a new exam voucher and how you can purchase it. Re-sit exam vouchers will be offered as online exams, not paper-based exams, and must be redeemed within two months of purchase.

How can I access my e-learning course?

You will be sent an email with login details for our digital learning portal, and then all you need is an internet connection! We recommend a minimum size of a tablet when accessing our content on a mobile device - content will not display correctly on a mobile phone.

How long is my ILX exam code valid for?

Your exam code is valid for the same length of time as your e-learning licence.

How long will it take for my exam code to be issued?

Your exam code will be issued via email within 24 hours of purchasing your e-learning licence.

How do I redeem my exam code?

How long is my exam voucher valid for?

Once issued the exam voucher is valid for a one month period. Therefore, please ensure you only redeem your code once you are in a position to book your exam.
