Course overview

About the course

Change Management is associated with the effects and management of change; this is primarily within organisations where change can have greater impact.

The Foundation qualification gives you the knowledge to effectively contribute to change initiatives and is the first step toward the Practitioner qualification. With the Practitioner qualification, you'll learn to apply and adapt Change Management strategies in real situations, positioning you to drive successful change with the right guidance and support.
