Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (IASSC) Online

This Lean Six Sigma training course equips individuals with the skills needed to apply Lean thinking to lead teams and enhance manufacturing quality and business processes.

Become a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is the most exclusive qualification for the Lean Six Sigma quality management methodology. It is the final stage of the Master's programme that will place you as an expert in implementing Lean, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Six Sigma define, measure, analyse, improve and control (DMAIC) and total productive maintenance (TPM).

Aside from having a thorough understanding of DMAIC, TPM, DFSS, and Lean, Black Belts are expected to be proficient at handling complex improvement and process-related projects. Students of our courses also learn the leadership skills needed to manage Green Belts within an organisation.
