Which certification is best for ITIL?
Before progressing further into the ITIL certification scheme all individuals must first pass the ITIL 4 Foundation qualification. This entry-level course teaches the key concepts of ITSM and will give learners a solid grounding in the fundamental concepts and terminology used in the ITIL framework.
As each ITIL 4 course teaches a different aspect of ITSM, where to progress next is entirely down to the individual and their given career aspirations.

Each of the ILX ITIL training courses prepares you for the relevant exam, to gain your certification. There are different training options available:

Is ITIL certification worth it?

Is the ITIL 4 exam hard?
How difficult an individual will find the ITIL 4 exams is largely dependent on their experience, commitment to training and the course they are completing. As an introductory course, the Foundation exam is achievable for those new to industry, but some of the other qualifications may require a deeper understanding of ITSM and the ITIL framework.
