According to our latest research report, 58% of organisations plan to invest in project and programme management learning and development this year. Is your organisation one of them?
In partnership with Woodspeen Training, the ILX Project Management Associate Level 4 Apprenticeship, is designed to grow and develop talented project managers. The apprenticeship can help your organisations to fill skills gaps, support career development, reskill, upskill and cross-skill existing employees and ultimately grow the organisation with the competencies needed to run projects that increase efficiencies and drive improvements.
Our adaptive programme leads to the Association of Project Management (APM) Project Management Qualification (PMQ), a proven standard for project managers globally. It provides a personalised learning journey, where training and development content is tailored to the apprentice role and environment.
A dedicated APM-qualified skills coach will support the apprentice through the entire learner journey to help them understand the standard and apply their knowledge and learnings to the workplace. They will also provide guidance on developing a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate competence.
Skills tutors are available to support learners on a continual basis throughout the programme, and the flexible learning pathways and workplace visits ensure minimal business disruption for the organisation.
Our programme is delivered by APM accredited project managers and assessors with relevant industry experience and offers the following benefits.
