APMG International Project Planning & Control™ (PPC) Foundation and Practitioner Virtual

Be part of the class with our virtual courses – all the benefits of classroom learning, but with the flexibility of working from home.

Course overview

About the course

Project Planning & Control supports the publication of the APM's guide, ‘Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control – The Practical Project Management of Time, Cost and Risk.’ It provides guidance and best practice for project planning and control and is applicable across all industries and sectors.

The Foundation-level qualification aims to measure whether the candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Project Planning & Control guidance to be able to act as an informed member of a Project Support Office or Project Planning and Control team.

A successful Practitioner candidate will have demonstrated that they have achieved sufficient understanding of the theory and application of the tools and techniques to allow them to work successfully in a Project Support team environment.
