Our virtual courses give you all the benefits and interactivity of classroom learning, but from the comfort of your own home.

Course overview

About the course

This course guides you both the Foundation and Practitioner elements of the Managing Benefits qualification helping you to fully prepare for both examinations . The Foundation level aims to measure whether you have understood the benefits management principles, practices, techniques, roles, responsibilities and documents. Whereas the Practitioner level aims to confirm whether you have achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor the guidance in a scenario situation.

What is virtual classroom training?

ILX’s virtual instructor-led training combines the personal teaching experience of a classroom, with the ease and flexibility of a virtual environment. Our virtual courses are interactive and engaging, allowing participants to communicate with both the instructor and each other in a collaborative manner.
