How do I achieve my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification?

There are three ways to achieve certification.

The Simplilearn certification is split into two levels, technical and functional. The technical certification is achieved once you complete 85% of the course and pass the LSSBB Certification Examination with a score of 60% or more. For functional certification, in addition to the previous criteria you must also submit a full-scale live DMAIC project for review by the LSSCC faculty.

To achieve IASSC certification, you must complete a multiple choice, closed book exam. You will have four hours to answer 150 questions and must achieve a score of at least 70% to pass.

Do I need prior experience to take the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification?

While there are no formal prerequisites for this course, as an advanced qualification a level of prior experience is recommended. You should have previously worked on a Lean Six Sigma project.
