How are we responding to the Coronavirus situation?

We are keeping a close eye on the Coronavirus situation and have taken extensive precautionary and preventative measures across our business. The wellbeing, health and safety of our customers, staff and associates remains our top priority.

We understand how important it is to continue to provide you with the best possible service for as long as possible. Understandably we also know that many of you have taken steps to prevent and protect within your own organisation and communities, which may result in you not being able to attend or travel to one of our centres.

We are following guidance issued by the government and Public Health England. As the situation develops we will continue to keep you updated. At the moment, the precautionary and preventative measures we’ve adopted means it is business as usual. If we identify an increased risk to our customers and staff, or have to make a change to the way we operate, we will let you know.

We will continue to monitor and follow government guidance, discuss development, and will implement further precautionary and preventative measures as necessary, updating you accordingly.

To make sure we are doing everything we can to protect our community, we would like to ask you not to visit our offices and attend any of our training courses if any of the below applies within the last 14 days:

  • If you have visited or travelled through a Category 1 area
  • If you have been in close contact with an individual who has tested positive for Coronavirus
  • If you have visited or travelled through a Category 2 area and are experiencing a cough, fever, shortness of breath or respiratory symptoms.

Please call 111 if these circumstances apply to you. For the latest area information, please visit the UK Government's Covid-19 update page with details around specified countries and areas with implications for returning travellers or visitors arriving in the UK.

When you visit one of our training venues, here’s what you can do to help:

  1. We encourage our entire community to self-assess and follow the guidance set by the government
  2. We ask that you follow the guidance displayed throughout the venues and maintain good personal hygiene to prevent the spreading of germs:
  3. - Cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing

    - Dispose of any tissues in a bin

    - Wash your hands regularly

  4. If you or anyone you know show any signs of respiratory illness, fever, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties please seek medical attention or call 111
