What you'll learn

Business analysis is a vital skill in today’s increasingly Agile driven environments. The AgileBA course focuses on the three stages of an Agile project: product, release, and iteration, teaching you techniques including timeboxing, iterative development, and MoSCoW prioritisation.

Business analysis in an Agile world

Explore the unique role of a Business Analyst within Agile environments. Learn how to bridge the gap between stakeholders and Agile teams, and gain insights into capturing requirements, managing priorities, and facilitating effective communication to ensure projects align with business goals. This knowledge will help you navigate the dynamic nature of Agile projects and actively contribute to project success.

Fundamentals of Agile projects

This course covers the fundamental principles of Agile approaches, equipping you with an understanding of Agile values, practices, and project lifecycles. You’ll learn how Agile teams operate, the significance of adaptability, and how to support projects that respond efficiently to change.

Timeboxing and iterative development

Timeboxing and iterative development are essential concepts within Agile projects that promote productivity and flexibility. You will discover how to work within fixed time periods (timeboxes) to produce incremental deliverables, encouraging regular feedback and continuous improvement. By understanding and applying these techniques, you can keep projects on track, deliver value faster, and support team adaptability.
