This course will teach you how to unite different teams, departments, or organisations, so that collaboration and trust are fostered, and the likelihood of mutual success is increased.
Successful outcomes often rely on a coalition of many different teams or organisations working together. But in the real-world, coalitions do not always go to plan! They can be sabotaged by conflicting priorities and goals, slowed down by a lack of transparency and effective communication, or sometimes even completely pulled apart by attached stakeholders with wildly different interests. This workshop will show you how to manage conflict between teams, vendors, partner organisations and third parties, so that every member of your coalition is united and working together towards a common goal.
