Course overview

About the course

"There is no wisdom without mastery over the mystery of our internal world"
Tian Dayton

This workshop will introduce you to the weird and wonderful world of the hidden 'apps' that are constantly running in the background of everyone’s brain. It will help you understand what they are, what they are doing, how to manage them, and how to help others manage them.

By improving your understanding of how we form judgements, arrive at conclusions, and perceive the world around us, you will also improve your, emotional intelligence, ability to understand others, and your ability to make unbiased and evidenced based decisions. This session works particularly well as a primer for, or in conjunction with, the Influencing Skills,Decision Making, and Negotiation workshops.
