Can I skip straight to the Practitioner course without completing Foundation first?

No, one of the prerequisites for the Change Management Practitioner exam is that you must first have passed the Foundation certification.

The Change Management Practitioner course equips you with the tools and techniques to effectively handle conflict and resistance during change initiatives. You’ll learn to identify common sources of conflict and resistance, understand their root causes, and apply strategies to address them constructively. 

What does the Change Management Practitioner exam involve?

The Practitioner exam uses objective testing, based on a given case study scenario, and you can use your official Change Management v3 study guide throughout. You will have to complete five sections of questions, worth 16 marks each, within two and a half hours. A score of 40 marks out of 80 (50%) is required to pass.
