If you want the interactivity of a classroom environment, but you still want the flexibility of studying from home, then our virtual courses are just the thing!
MoP helps organisations to answer a fundamental question:
‘are we sure this investment is right for us and how will it contribute to our strategic objectives?’ Investment is the key word because portfolio management is about investing in the right change initiatives and implementing them correctly.
MoP achieves this by ensuring that:
The purpose of the Practitioner qualification is to confirm that you have sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor the MoP guidance and to analyse portfolio data, documentation and roles in relation to a scenario situation. A successful Practitioner candidate should, with suitable support, be able to advise on the implementation of appropriate practices and techniques, and apply the method to a live portfolio, but may not be sufficiently skilled to do this appropriately for all situations. Their individual expertise, the complexity of the portfolio, and the support provided will also influence the impact the Practitioner can achieve.

Our virtual courses are interactive and engaging, allowing participants to communicate with both the instructor and each other in a collaborative manner. Please review our FAQs for more information relating to virtual learning, including the technical specifications.
