LONDON – Wednesday 24th September 2014– ILX, the global Best Practice learning company, has announced that it will be exhibiting at Project Challenge Expo 2014. ILX will be available to advise on a wide range of Best Practice courses such as PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, ITIL, Change Management, and how organisations can support their workforce through its customer care service called ILX Connect.
ILX Connect is delivered through an online portal and is supported by ILX’s team of subject matter experts which will allow organisations to manage the roll out of corporate learning programmes more effectively. ILX Connect will enable the learner and administrator to make best use of their learning experience by providing training support, hints and tips and additional resources to help individuals and organisations get the best out of their license.
In addition to ILX connect, ILX will showcase its consultancy division and share recent global success stories from the industry. ILX’s parent business, Progility will also be available to advise organisations on how to create a complete project management eco-system (including elements such as training, consulting, and specialist recruitment in Technology and Communications and Healthcare excellence).
Kevin Tewis, Global Head of Marketing, at ILX Group comments, "It is one thing to train staff in Best Practice management principles, but quite another to apply those principles to the training process successfully. The answer for many organisations is to take a blended learning approach with regular developmental support by experts. E-Learning delivered to PCs or mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets may also include social learning too, with various social media-style tools, such as forums contributing to group learning. The ILX Connect service helps to bridge the gap between learners and those in charge of administrating training. This ensures that organisations are more responsive to individual development and this gives managers a better handle of what’s been learnt by who and when."
Project Challenge Expo is targeted at Project and Programme Managers, Heads of Project Management Office (PMO), senior managers tasked with managing projects successfully and offers an ideal forum to learn about best practices and to network.
