This course enables you to identify the most effective approaches for implementing change, tailoring strategies to fit the organisation’s specific needs. By analysing the organisation’s landscape, you’ll ensure the change initiatives are aligned with its objectives and set up for success.  

Stakeholder engagement and communication

Learn how to engage stakeholders effectively by identifying their needs and building strategies to gain their support. The course provides tools to develop clear communication plans that address concerns, foster collaboration, and keep everyone information at every stage of the change initiative. These skills will help you build trust and alignment, ensuring that all stakeholders are invested in the success of the change.  

Facilitation for co-design

The Change Management Foundation & Practitioner course equips you with the skills, strategies, and recognised certification needed to effectively lead and sustain organisational change initiatives.  

What are the formats of the Foundation and Practitioner exams?

The Foundation exam is multiple choice and comprises of 50 questions split into four sections. You will have 40 minutes to complete the exam and need to score at least 25 marks (50%) to pass. This is a closed book exam.  

The Practitioner exam uses objective testing, based on a given case study scenario, and you can use your official Change Management v3 study guide throughout. You will have to complete five sections of questions, worth 16 marks each, within two and a half hours. A score of 40 marks out of 80 (50%) is required to pass.  

What study options are available for this Foundation & Practitioner course?

This Change Management Foundation & Practitioner course is available in our eLearning, live virtual classroom and blended study options. Find out more about our study options. 

How long does it take to complete the course?

Our live virtual course is five days long. The first three days will comprise the Foundation course materials, and the final two will be Practitioner.  

For the eLearning course, you’ll have access to the materials for 12 months from your purchase date. This course is expected to take 27 hours to complete.  

And the blended course will give you access to the Foundation eLearning for 12 months. Then when you’re ready you can book your two-day Practitioner live virtual classroom course.
