This course introduces the Praxis Framework, an open-source model for managing projects, programmes, and portfolios. It integrates four elements: knowledge, method, competency, and capability maturity, to create one holistic framework. The Foundation portion of the course gives you a solid understanding of these four elements, while the Practitioner certification ensures you can apply the Praxis Framework confidently to enhance project performance.

The Praxis Framework Foundation & Practitioner course provides an internationally recognised qualification in project, programme, and portfolio management. It integrates key management elements, builds essential skills and knowledge, and drives successful project outcomes.

What are the exam formats and pass marks for the Praxis Framework Foundation & Practitioner course? 

For Foundation, the exam is multiple choice and closed book. It is one hour in duration, and there are 75 questions. The pass mark is 50%, which means you need 38 marks or more to pass. 

The Practitioner exam is complex multiple-choice and open book (only the Praxis Framework can be referred to). It is two and a half hours (150 minutes) in duration, and there are 80 questions. The pass mark is 50%, which means you need a total of 40 marks or more to pass.  

How long does it take to complete Praxis Framework Foundation & Practitioner? 

The eLearning takes approximately 35 hours, with Foundation taking 23 hours and Practitioner 12 hours. While the classroom course is five days in duration.
