About the course

The qualification is designed to ensure candidates have sufficient knowledge and understanding of Agile Principles as well as the Scrum Guide. It will also ensure the candidate has a grasp of a multitude of fundamental techniques that are required to meet their accountabilities as described in the Scrum Guide.

This course will take approximately 10 hours to complete.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Recall, recognize and demonstrate understanding of the concepts, roles, events, artefacts and expanded guidance outlined in the text, including terms used, process steps and roles involved.

Product Owners should also demonstrate understanding and maximise the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team and efficiently managing the Product Backlog which includes:

Developing and explicitly communicating the Product Goal
Creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items
Ordering Product Backlog items
Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood
