FAQs

The AgilePM Foundation & Practitioner course provides a comprehensive understanding of agile project management, covering DSDM principles, project lifecycles, roles, techniques like MoSCoW prioritisation, and tools for effective planning, control, and collaboration. 

What are the formats of the exams?

The AgilePM Foundation exam is a 40-minute, closed book exam with 50 multiple-choice questions. The Practitioner exam involves four scenario-based questions designed to test your application of AgilePM principles. It’s an open book exam that lasts for two-and-a-half hours. Both exams have a 50% pass mark. 

Who should take this course?

This course is ideal for project managers, team leaders, and professionals looking to adopt or refine agile project management skills to enhance project delivery and team collaboration. 

How long does the training take?

The eLearning course takes around 22 hours. Classroom and virtual training span four days, while the blended option combines 8-10 hours of eLearning with two days in a classroom. 

Do I need any prerequisites to join the course?

No prior qualifications are required for the Foundation course, but a basic understanding of project management is beneficial. For the Practitioner course, you’ll need to pass the Foundation exam first.
